Very rude to me they yelled at me and said STOP RUNNINg. I wasnt even running i was just walking and the food line was long when i finally go to order they where all out of what i wanted

Wonderful place, they have a very helpful employee named Jaydon. Helped us with all our problems. What a nice Lad. Manager was ruthless, thankfully Jaydon stepped in and saved the day

I've been coming to Cool Waters since the summer it first opened (sometime in the 90's). It offers a lot of fun waterpark action for both old and young alike. There are plenty of lifeguards and they are always attentive, which is an important safety factor. It is true that they will tell you to stop if you are running, but that is for a very good reason. Sometimes there is a long line for food, but there are a lot of food choices. It is a bit overpriced though. The water is always clean and doesn't contain too many chemicals. I buy a family pass every summer and come here often because I love it. The two biggest drawbacks are hiw cold the water is and that they never have enough double tubes for the waterslide. Other than that, it is a clean, beautiful, and family friendly place.

Last time I went(this is back when the slides were black instead of the new ones), it didn't seem like the worst place on earth. The staff were okay, the rides were fun, the food was decent.

My wallet was stole and my mom is very pissed off about it and I put it in a safe place. But when I got back it was gone. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN BECAUSE OF HOW UN SAFE THIS PLACE IS. THERE SHOULD BE CAMRAS WATCHING PEOPLE AND SEEING UNFUMILAR ACTION!
