I have been told to come here for years. I've been scammed by a couple of major dealers and other shops I went here for a second opinion... this place is great. You can tell how much they love the work by the way they talk and the details they provide. They won't sell you something you don't need like other places.
Paul and his guys are simply some of the best humans ive EVER encountered!
In conclusion, I will definitely go back and recommend this establishment to people. I just hope their communication gets better, or maybe I was a random occurrence.
However, I'm deducting 1 star for their communication skills.

I won't go into detail, but my quoted 6-7 hour repair took 4 entire days due to a problem out of their control. I'm ok with that. Poop happens.
However, they need to take the initiative and call the customer when that happens. I sat around all day Monday waiting for the call to come get my car. At 4:30pm, I called them and was informed of the dilemma.
