Always something new. Very large selection of shoes, and of course coats. Excellent place to shop for formal wear. Men's and women's.
I like this store alot. I can find good brands much cheaper here than anywhere else. My significant other was skeptical until he saw the prices and brands of the shoes. There are tons of home goods. The down side is that there is sometimes people outside pan handling.
Went is for a short sleeve dress shirt. Can't find any. Dress shirts in 3 different places. The main dress area has like 4 shirts on it. No selection. Back of the store is blocked off. Assuming they can't get enough to merchandise the store so they shrunk it down, but still not enough product to fill the racks. Go to the shoe area, there are none for men, no you gotta walk all around the store to find men's shoes. Store placement for product is all jacked up. Whoever is telling the associates to put product over here and there and over here, and there, needs to go. Get more product for men. Other sections for other departments were very similar. Associates in the store seemed to be working quite hard. Felt bad.
There customer service has gone from amazing to nothing less than horrible in just a few months. Management made racist remarks as well as yelled at me for asking clarity on a lay-a-way that they cancelled with less than $10 left to pay after i was told the wrong date. I shop online for great deals, bit i have stayed loyal to this store for years, solely because of their customer service. This was a horrible experience for my whole family. If you are African American, I would strongly suggest you avoid this store!
