Great selection in clothes. Cashiers are horrible! They got racist old people working there with attitudes- people who are unhappy with their jobs and themselves. This lady rung me up and id number 999-9388-8285-6579-9958-9823 and so forth was so rude.(couldnt get her name) She didnt ask me if i found everything ok and rushed herself checking me out. I asked if she I could make a payment on my credit card and my debit, she said no. She didnt want to scan my rewards and told me to only swipe with the kohls credit card explaining nothing. When she was done she gave me my receipt and my bag and did not tell me to have a good day. I felt she seemed unhappy, racist and rude because she spoke real nicely to the woman after me, who indeed was HER RACE. However, i love this location but I hope she doesnt work there when I go back there.
I find clothes for the whole family that are good quality, styles that we like, at affordable price. Their return policy is also a good feature. Bargains on clearance racks something everybody likes.
I like this Kohls. Very clean. Managers are polite and helpful. Customer service very good. They ask you to open credit account but not pushy. They could stock more of the larger sizes. I've lost weight and have left the plus size section for misses but not a lot of xxl or xl.
Man this place is phenomenal. Mark, the manager there, went above and beyond to help me locate a pair of shoes I was looking for. He was super helpful and nice being the emblem of quality customer service. I was so impressed I asked if there was someone I could speak to about him and that's when he informed me that he himself was the manager. Best experience I've had at kohls! Very happy customer
