Terrible service, I don’t get signal anywhere around my place of employment, when I call customer service they have me talking to people in India or the Philippines and I can barely understand them and when I have to constantly ask to repeat what they said cause I didn’t understand them they get rude. I know sprint is a big name to some but if you are looking for a company for phone service I do not recommend sprint I’m mad I signed a 2 year contract with them. There stuff in store like speakers headphones and other accessories are extremely overpriced for example the onyx Bluetooth speaker and they are selling for $459 for one the same speakers at Best Buy for a $159 they told me the Onyx speaker is buy one get one free and the price is 360 some dollars in reality compared to Best Buy‘s price that’s just paying for two of them but you have to buy two in order to get it for $360 if you buy one they will charge you the full amount $459 I returned it the same day so I wouldn’t be charged any type of fees and then on my next billing cycle I was charged a monthly fee of $39 for that Speaker they said I was going to be refunded but I have never seen the refund and it’s been two months already
Multiple times now, this store has given me incorrect information. Every time I have ended making a second trip to the store off 76th and Layton and gotten my problems resolved. Not only is the main weekend manager incompetent, but he is also rude.
Didn't want to assist with turning in our phones even after the woman on the phone told them how to do it. Totally unprofessional and lack of any energy to help a customer turn in devices because sprint has horrible service. STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT
I went in to just ask about my options coming to the end of my contract. My contract is in my mothers name, the guy who "helped" me...was completely rude and told me he couldn't get into the account because of security reasons. I've never had an issue at any other sprint store! I'm very glad I'll switching from Sprint soon!
