I absolutely love this store. It's a family-owned business. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are comparable with big chain stores. They have a wide variety of natural pet supplies. Their small animals are handled frequently to keep them friendly toward humans and the animals are kept in very sanitary conditions. I had trouble finding the right food for my super picky cat who has some health issues. Jen worked with me over time and talked to vendors so that we could try some different foods that they didn't even have in stock. If you ask them for a specific product, they will order it for you. (Note: this may take some time and they probably can't order EVERY brand, but they have always helped me and other customers who I've chatted with get any pet supplies that we needed.)
Was randomly looking around Milwaukee at pet stores and came across this place. Such a great environment and everyone there is very kind and loves the animals. Next time I am in Milwaukee I'll be by again to see how much they 've grown.
