I'm sure my review won't bother them because there's no shortage of people who want pills bad enough to see a doctor like this, so she'll never want for patients, but I don't fall into that category.
If you're looking for a caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable doctor, do yourself a favor and find a different one.
Never went there. The thing that turned me away was the rudeness of the receptionist. I don't know if she was just having a bad day, but she was just out rite rude when i asked a simple question. Very disappointing.
Even after explaining all this and stating I have my appointment card as proof, they still wouldn't work with me. Such a disappointment. If you're looking for a doctor that cares, skip this place.
Until they decided to book my appt on a day they were closed. I had an appt scheduled for 12/23. The Monday before, they left a message telling me I couldn't be seen on that day and they wanted to see me that Tuesday. I didn't get the message in time and no one called to actually speak to me to confirm it.
this place should be illegal...waited 2-4 hrs on every visit...then charged me 1100$ on every appt...got 3 urine tests in 3 weeks time...billed at 860$ a piece...this place is nothing but a drug house that's sponging off meicare and medicade...THIS SO CALLED DR AND PAIN MANAGEMENT CLINIC IS NOTHING BUT A LEGAL DRUG HOUSE..WHO BILKS MEDICARE AND MEDICAID TO THE MAX....3 WEEKS AND 3 EXPENSIVE URINE TESTS...THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED...ALL ABOUT EXPENSIVE URINE TESTS...IM A 3RD SHIFTER AND CALL ME TO COME IN AND WHEN I FALL BACK TO SLEEP AND MISS APPT THEY KICK ME OUT...THEY COULD CAE LESS ABOUT MY PAIN...ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMINS....
I spent the next week calling the office, only getting the voicemail, trying to set up an appt. A week later, I finally get through to a person and am told that the doctor won't see me because I supposedly "missed my appointment."
Had a couple appts here. Everything seemed fine, doc seemed caring. There were some extended wait times, but I wasn't overly bothered by it. They seemed to do everything by the book...
