There are not enough stars for this place. They do beautiful work they have beautiful jewelry and some of the nicest people in the world working there. I can't say enough wonderful things. You should stop in and see Mike or any of the other Jewelers if you're looking for something bright and shiny.

I used Shallow Jewelers for the purchase of an engagement ring. Everyone in the store was extremely friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of rings and are more than willing to find anything you want that is not in the store. They also do any repairs or modifications in house which gives a really fast turn around time. My fiance and I were and still are extremely satisfied with their outstanding customer service.
I went here upon a recommendation and was very excited walking into the store. I told the first employee I saw that I was interested in an engagement ring. I explained to her that jewelry was new to me and I needed all the help I could get. When I told her what I could spend ($5-800), she scoffed at my numbers and told me they barely had anything for me. They asked which of 4 rings I liked best, which had tarnished bands and cloudy diamonds. Being new to jewelry, I asked if they would buy a gold watch from 1909 from me, thinking that would help me pay for the ring. They immediately put the rings back in the display case, insulted my intelligence, and one employee then walked away from me. This may have been an off day for them I hope, because my experience was far from ideal. I needed help with a ring, they insulted me, another business got my money and treated me like royalty. Very disappointed
