Nice park went for a family get together.Get there early tables go fast.
Love playing on the playgrounds (one for toddlers as well as one for little kids), swimming in the summer (wading pool and full size pool with slide), picnic areas, basketball and baseball, nice walk around the lagoon (fun to see the tadpoles and baby ducks in the spring!). Fun events like movie nights and Sprecher traveling beer garden and yoga in the park.
Nice place. Especially for kids. Or good walking trails for exercise.
Anyone that grew up in West Allis knows this place well. One of the most popular parks in the area, good location, easy to get to. Great place for a picnic, jog, or walk. Outdoor swimming pool, and the pond is stocked for fishing. Tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Several baseball diamonds and a big hill for sledding in the winter.
