Ours was a relatively large interior job. I was told by the crew we have the highest ceilings they have ever painted, plus we have knockdown finish drywall & used 2 wall colors in addition to having our ceilings painted so the cut in work was not easy. I used the consultant & was very happy with her recommendations as our house is somewhat architectural & her ideas on color placement were spot on & really brought out the features of our home. The crew arrived on time every day, was polite, worked quickly & did very meticulous work & even came on both Saturday & Sunday when the job wasn't finished on time. We used this location previously to test them out by having them paint 4 colors in a child's bedroom & it turned out great. We will definitely use them for other work in the future & recommend them to others.

It`s now a year later...initial repairs not good now...no return phone calls...no show on warranty work....WE WILL NEVER USE OR REFER THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!

Great working with these folks. James was super professional, gave us a terrific price and was very responsive to questions/communications. The painter, Daniel, and his crew, were likewise awesome. They showed up on time, kept in communication when weather didn't permit them to work, and did a terrific job. If you're looking for painting, you should call these folks.
Personally it was an issue for me too. Quoting took forever to finish; took multiple calls and emails. Scheduling took multiple calls and emails. I wasn't sure to whom i was supposed to send the signed proposal. And i never got a confirmation call.

Save yourself a headache and go with the more expensive company. CertaPro may be cheapest, but they have awful communication. Read their website reviews too. Everyone complains that its very hard to get a response.
