The customer service at this location is TERRIBLE!!! I wanted to return some detergent. I walked in and asked the lady what their return policy was. She said "i don't know. What are you trying to return?" i explained my situation and as soon as she saw that the box had been opened she got rude and said "nope, nope because then I'd have to damage it out, etc." It was the way she said it that bugged me most. She acted like i was an inconvenience. I then went to the location in Waukesha and attempted to return it again. I asked him what their return policy was and he said "30 days with a receipt." He returned the detergent no questions asked and was super nice! I'll NEVER visit the West Allis store ever again!!! I'm fine with being told "no sorry we can't return it" but the way she handled the entire situation was horrid. She also said "well at least you're only out a few bucks. What was it $5?" Seriously!!!! She was just super rude and apparently she needs to learn the stores return policy!
I have had great experiences at this location and I have seen cashiers barricade themselves inside too. West Allis what can ya say! Nice to shop when the store is empty.
The customer service here is horrible!! Everyone I've come into contact with (3 women) including the manager has been horrible they are rude and disrespectful. I'd rather drive 10 miles out my way then go to this location. I dont know how that lady became manager but she seems to hate her job and her customers. If I owned this store id hire all new employees. Horrible horrible staff!!! I love the products here but i will NEVER come back to this store again. I'll take my business elsewhere, where its appreciated.
Fun clothes for the family. Constant sales on them also. Inexpensive shoes n clothes. Store brand odds n ends. Need a gallon of milk? Foods? Flip flops. Cheap gifts. It's all here. Lots of seasonal items n decor u won't find elsewhere. Toys n clothes can get messy though.
I was look for a star for my Christmas tree. Every star kept falling off. So one of the ladies that worked their. Gave me a brilliant idea that would help me keep that start on the tree and not on the floor. Great customer service.
