Everyone through out the store was friendly and helpful. At checkout the lady was too busy talking instead of helping me.
I took two window screens to have replaced with pet screen. I felt as though the tips of the screen frame got broken at their store. I took them right back. I was very, very upset as they were not cheap by any means. Not only did they replace the broken corners....they replaced all of them so they would all match.....and THEY REIMBURSED ME FOR THE TWO SCREENS. It took a couple weeks for them to find the right corners...but, I left happy
My father always told me if I needed something for the house or had a question about anything to go to Elliott's Ace Hardware. You gotta hate it when your parents are always right. These are some of the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Five stars isn't even enough.
Excellent service & I found unique items for my home at low prices. I especially love this store for gift shopping. The employees are friendly and are everywhere in the store to help you. This place is awesome!
