Trish set me up with my storage unit. We checked out a few sizes to see what would work for me. She was super sweet and very helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and I got exactly what I needed. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend coming here for any of your storage needs.
We recently rented a unit from Extra Space. We were so grateful for the friendly service. There is something to be said about companies that remember their customers names. When we go to drop things off we are greeted by all the staff by our first names.

Trish is excellent :-)...... She helped us with all the information to know about renting the storage unit (This is our first time renting a storage unit) and gave us a unit that is easily accesible. When we told her that we were new to Wisconsin she even recommended some good places to stay that are close to my work. She talks nice and very energetic..... I was very impressed with this facility! It's kept very clean, and I love that there's drive in access so you don't have to load/unload all your stuff outside. They have plenty of carts available to use to move your stuff too, and it's very secure; each person with a unit there has their own specific code to gain access to the building, meaning not just anyone can get into the building. The whole process was very easy, and Sarah was extremely helpful, answering all the questions I had , and helped me pick out the unit that was just right for me. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone who was looking for storage space!
