The estimate was on the lower end of all the other ones I got. They finished in a day and the roof looks absolutely amazing. The cleanup was also nicely done.
Rob sent a quality crew that did a full roof replacement for our home after our original singles were damaged in a wind storm this year. He estimated the work fairly and gave us easy to follow pricing and terms. We would definitely go back to Rob's rooting for future needs.
Rob's Roofing came out to my house, gave me a fair estimate on fixing my roof around my chimney. A couple of days later their crew of three very, very, very courteous and professional guys arrived to do the job. They layed tarps all around the work area on the ground, had to take the siding off of two sides of the chimney for the leak, put flashing around the chimney (which I did not have), re-shingled AND as I had asked them to do, take off my satellite Dish, the hardware from that, including the leftover hardware when I had DirectTV. They caulked those hole and re-shingled that; cut all the outside black cords, and caulked the hole on the siding. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rob's Roofing. I'm a single mom and believe me, these guys are efficient and professional. Oh, one of the guys took a picture of what they did to show me how it looks. Just a great experience all around!
We found there to be a surprising amount of variance between roofing companies in terms of price, and Rob's Roofing was much more in line with what I expected to pay. Replacing a roof is never going to be a cheap project, but Rob's will make sure it's not more expensive than it has to be.
