Everything was picked up, swept up and probably in better shape than before they were there. I was certainly amazed with Steve and Pedro's speed and skill at installing windows and bending the aluminum to fit around the windows. Robert and Sabin were very fast at installing windows and also did a great job.

Jeremy and Patrick's crew were great. Friendly, cleaned up.. every day, attention to detail, and kept me informed. They worked hard and did an outstanding job. The windows look great and already feel more warm. We used to have 70's suburban Glendale original single pane windows with grids and now we just realized we have a yard to see beyond the windows. Feels like we moved into a new house!
Bottom line is that my wife and I are very happy we made the choice to get Weather Tight.

Jeremy, Jay and Nate were very careful about protecting the floors in the house. They used plastic and tarp to cover their working areas. They were extremely professional and answered all my questions. I would gladly use Weather Tight in the future
While our sales person and window portion install crew(s) were fantastic, there were some communication downfalls with the office staff. I was in contact with the install manager, who was initially fantastic! Unfortunately, when I left a message with my concerns, I never received a return phone call. Rather, the finish crew that showed up with no notice was instructed to tell me that the message was received and people were on vacation or out of the office. My job still is not 100% complete and we hope it will be wrapped up soon. Although it was snowing during the install, and no one is perfect, I am still finding pieces of aluminum around my house and driveway. I was also told that someone would show us how to operate the windows once the install was complete. This did not happen. Ultimately, I would recommend this company to others simply for the warranty they offer, though I would hope that other customers will not have to go through the same issues we are.
Luis and Ryan were somewhat less experienced, but tried hard to get the job done right.
The windows look great and were really installed nicely. Steve and his crew worked right through some very lousy weather. The best part is that our whole yard looked like they hadn't been there except for the windows.
